Mr. Lokraj Adhikari is the accountant at GPAST. He assumed the position of non-gazetted  fifth class accountant from 2012 in the governmental services. Since then he has been serving in various governmental offices.  Born in the Kaski district, Mr. Adhikari has obtained Master's in Education from Tribhuvan University, Nepal.
