This study is the first attempt to assess challenges, opportunities and prospects of establishing a research core facility in gandaki province. The core research laboratory aims to play a crucial role in identifying and exploring the medicinal plant of the province and help the local bodies control the quality of various agricultural, domestic, herbal, and regional products.
